Rohnert Park Tree Services provides residential and commercial tree services in Rohnert Park, CA and surrounding communities in Sonoma County. Services include tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The availability of any specific service is subject to scheduling, geographic location, and the conditions of your property. We reserve the right to decline any job that our team determines cannot be performed safely or that falls outside our service area.
All pricing is based on an in-person assessment of your property. Estimates provided by phone or online without a site visit are preliminary and are subject to change after we inspect the work site. A written estimate will be provided before any work begins. The written estimate reflects the full scope of agreed-upon work and the price you will be charged, unless one of the following conditions applies:

Service appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We will confirm your scheduled date by phone or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible - at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment is preferred. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling deposit being required for future bookings. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or crew emergencies. We will notify you promptly if we need to change your appointment.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried features that were not disclosed to us before the job began.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing before the job begins. We accept cash, check, and common electronic payment methods. For larger commercial jobs or multi-day projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Past-due invoices may be subject to a late fee. Failure to pay may result in suspension of any remaining scheduled work and referral to a collection process.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the job, contact us within 5 business days of completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern is within the original scope of work and is not caused by events outside our control (such as weather damage, new growth, or conditions that arose after job completion). This service guarantee does not apply to the health or survival of any trees that remain on the property after trimming or pruning work, as tree health is affected by many factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rohnert Park Tree Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services we provide or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific job shall not exceed the total amount paid for that job. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, and any claims related to property damage or personal injury during a job will be handled through those policies in accordance with their terms.
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
